Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts is one of the competency based Career & Technical Programs available to all students at Milford High School & Applied Technology Center. To become a completer of this program, students must enroll in and complete Culinary Arts I and Culinary Arts II.

Running Start College Credits is dual high school and college credit available through the Lakes Region Community College for a fee of $150 for each three credit course. Juniors and seniors enrolled in Culinary Arts II have the opportunity to select either or both of the following courses for the college credit: Culinary Fundamentals (3 credits) and Bakery Production (3 credits).
