Welcome to the MHS Athletics main page.  Interscholastic athletics at Milford High School is an integrated part of our school’s total educational program. It provides a means by which students can gain experience that contributes toward enhanced physical growth and development, sound health habits, proper standards of conduct, and responsible social behavior. We strive to develop and realize individual and team potential by promoting high standards of competence, character, civility and citizenship.

 

Milford teams compete in NHIAA Division 2 Sports. While we to strive for victory, the number of victories is only one measure of success. Ultimately, the real challenge is guiding the individual and the team to reach full potential. This is the true measure of achievement!
