The late spring driver's education class is full as of 5/9/2020. No more applications are being accepted. Keep an eye out for news regarding the summer class!
Driver Education classes are offered through Milford High School on a first-come, first-serve basis. As a class ends, the instructors will decide on the start date of a new session.
Students must attend 16 sessions, generally held on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, plus do their driving hours. By law, no more than 2 sessions can be missed, and a student must be 15 years and 9 months old as of the first day of the class.
The cost of the class is $675.00.
When the instructors have decided on the date of the next class, announcements will be made at the beginning of the school day. Applications are then made available for students to pick up in the Main Office Lobby Information Corner. No applications are accepted on the first day they are available, in order to give everyone an equal opportunity to register. Applications must be complete to reserve a spot, and must include a birth certificate and an eye exam (which can be done during the day by the school nurse.)
The slideshow on the link below gives more detailed information, though remember that dates can change (and already have!) based on school closures.
