Dental Clinic

Good Morning Milford Community,

The Milford School District, in conjunction with the school nurses, would like to offer families the opportunity for your child(ren) to participate in a school-based dental clinic.  The clinic will perform dental cleanings and placement of sealants, if appropriate.  The cost is $20 for a cleaning and an additional $25 for sealants. However, no child will be excluded for lack of ability to pay.

This clinic is funded with grant money from many generous organizations such as Northeast Delta Dental, Milford Hospital Association, and Milford Rotary Club.  This grant money assists the clinic in providing cleanings, oral hygiene instruction, sealants, temporary fillings, and fluoride varnish.  Grant money is also available to help assist with fillings needed at local dental offices.

If you are interested in participating, please click the link below and answer all questions for each child you would like seen at the dental clinic. Information submitted on this form will go directly to Kristen Redman at  Kristen Redman has been a registered dental hygienist(RDH) since 1992.  In 2014, she became a certified public health dental hygienist(CPHDH) and started working with the district.  She is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and has all the PPE to keep everyone safe. Kristen will be providing dental treatment in the clinic on Mondays. After filling out the information you will be informed by Kristen directly when your child will be seen.  If your child is not in school on Mondays arrangements can be made for them to come to the school for this program.
