CREATING AN ONLINE PAYMENT ACCOUNT (EZ SCHOOL PAY)

Please note – there is a $3 charge per transaction for online meal payments.  Payments to student accounts can also be made via cash or check (please make checks out to “Milford School District”).
 

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS INFORMATION/FORMS

  • Students may at any time setup prepaid lunch or qualified reduced lunch accounts (in any dollar amount) with checks or cash at the cafe register
  • The School Breakfast is available to students from 7:15 am for $1.75
  • The School Lunch combo meal is $3.05 for students / $4.00 for adults
  • A la cart is also available at varying prices
  • The price for school milk is $.50

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.
 
To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:
http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
