Bar Harbor Bank Career and Technical Education Scholarship
$1,000 Career Technology Education Scholarship. The four categories of eligibility include that the
applicant (1) graduates from a listed vocational/technical high school, (2) maintains residency in a listed county, (3) does not exceed the maximum annual family income limit, and (4) plans to attend a college or technical school following high school graduation.

GMSV Scholarship 2026 : This year, the Chamber will award two $1,500 scholarships, including:
One $1,500 Traditional College Scholarship for a student entering a two- or four-year college program

Joe was born in 1921, a second generation citizen of immigrant parents from Hungary, who came to this country around 1910. At that time, Ford Motor Company in Detroit was in dire need of factory workers, and offered help to immigrants with language and cultural instruction, housing guidance and other needed assimilation skills. His father, brother and Joe accumulated over 120 years with Ford over the next decades. Joe was a precision machinist for over 43 years, and enjoyed teaching and mentoring young people. The intent of this scholarship is to honor that legacy.

1. Certificate, license or other industry-recognized credential

Also known as the Medallion Fund Scholarship program, this opportunity is for students of any age who are pursuing short-term vocational or technical studies in fields such as automotive technology, plumbing, heating, construction, advanced manufacturing, computer repair, licensed nursing assistant, etc.

If you are attending one of New Hampshire’s Community Colleges, you should also apply for scholarship aid through the Community College System’s award portal.
Selection criteria
Academic excellence is not a factor in selecting candidates for awards; however, we do expect students to demonstrate reasonable achievement and a commitment to their chosen field of study.
Preference is given to students who have previously received funding and successfully completed prior educational work or for students entering high-demand professions, including but not limited to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields: computer science, advanced manufacturing, clinical health care, engineering, engineering technology, graphic design (CAD), etc.
Citizenship is not taken into consideration when making awarding decisions.
Determining financial need
Candidates are required to submit a copy of the FAFSA Submission Summary which is the result of filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which determines what a particular family can reasonably afford for education or the student aid index (SAI). In addition, finalists will be asked to supply a copy of the financial aid package offered by the institution to be attended.
Award decisions
Awards will range from $100 to $3,500 depending on financial need. Applicants will be notified of the results within six weeks after submission.
Deadlines: For students under the age of 24 enrolling in a four-year degree program: Friday, April 10, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET
Selection criteria
Students are selected to receive awards based on financial need, academic merit and other non-academic factors such as community service, school activities and work experience. Highest priority is given to students with the fewest financial resources.

Ford Auto Tech Scholarship: This is an incredible opportunity for students pursuing careers in automotive, diesel, or auto/diesel technology to receive a $5,000 tuition scholarship—helping them take the next step toward a rewarding career.
BBB Student Ethics Scholarship:
Five students attending a 2-year Community College, Certificate Program or Trade School Programs will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to be used to toward their education related expenses. ASPE Foundation : Deadline April 30
The Scholarship is open to anyone studying an electronics curriculum, specifically electronic communications, or software development related to electronic communications, regardless of financial need. Students seeking such a degree in electrical engineering or an associate degree in electronics at any nationally accredited educational institution may apply.
American Welding Society (AWS)
More than 130 donor-funded scholarships, totaling over $600,000, are available for students pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in welding or a related discipline. Scholarships range from $3,000-$6,000+. Applicants are required to submit two references and official transcripts.
The AWS 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 is for students seeking welder training in a certificate program less than two years in length through a trade school, community college, or other facility providing welder training. NEIRA Scholarships Opens in Feb. (New England Inns and Resorts)

Who’s eligible:
Eligibility varies according to the type of scholarship. Scholarship options include dental hygiene, dental assistant, pre-doctoral, first-year, and post-doctoral studies.
Award details: $500 for dental assistant scholarship and $800 for dental hygiene scholarship
Application requirements: Apply online, where you will specify the scholarship you’re applying for. Application includes passport photo, letter of request, three letters of recommendation, FAFSA, membership in the Student National Dental Association, and acceptance letter to school.

NFPA Robotics Challenge Scholarship:
NFPA offers multiple $2,500 scholarships to high school seniors, and students enrolled at community colleges, technical colleges, and universities. The Fluid Power Scholarship aims to help students pursue their interests in fluid power. The money awarded is used to study at any accredited technical college or university in the United States.

REC Foundation -Robotics Scholarship List 2026
Scholarships are granted to high school seniors or college undergraduate students who are currently, or will be enrolled in an ABET-EAC accredited engineering program.
